DeepORF prediction of the coding potential based on the fusion transcript sequence of in-frame fusion genes. DeepORF is a coding potential classifier based on convolutional neural network by comparing the real Ribo-seq data. If the no-coding score < 0.5 and coding score > 0.5, then the in-frame fusion transcript is predicted as being likely translated. |

Fusion Genomic Features for C19orf25-TCF3 |
FusionAI prediction of the potential fusion gene breakpoint based on the pre-mature RNA sequence context (+/- 5kb of individual partner genes, total 20kb length sequence). FusionAI is a fusion gene breakpoint classifier based on convolutional neural network by comparing the fusion positive and negative sequence context of ~ 20K fusion gene data. From here, we can have the relative potentency of the 20K genomic sequence how individual sequnce will be likely used as the gene fusion breakpoints. |

FUNCTION: Transcriptional regulator involved in the initiation of neuronal differentiation and mesenchymal to epithelial transition (By similarity). Heterodimers between TCF3 and tissue-specific basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) proteins play major roles in determining tissue-specific cell fate during embryogenesis, like muscle or early B-cell differentiation (By similarity). Together with TCF15, required for the mesenchymal to epithelial transition (By similarity). Dimers bind DNA on E-box motifs: 5'-CANNTG-3' (By similarity). Binds to the kappa-E2 site in the kappa immunoglobulin gene enhancer (PubMed:2493990). Binds to IEB1 and IEB2, which are short DNA sequences in the insulin gene transcription control region (By similarity). {ECO:0000250|UniProtKB:P15806, ECO:0000269|PubMed:2493990}.; FUNCTION: [Isoform E47]: Facilitates ATOH7 binding to DNA at the consensus sequence 5'-CAGGTG-3', and positively regulates transcriptional activity. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:31696227}. |
