Main function of 5'-partner protein: FUNCTION: Plays an essential role in lymphocyte development by negatively regulating the canonical Wnt signaling pathway (By similarity). In association with UBAC2 and E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase AMFR, promotes the ubiquitin-mediated degradation of CTNNB1 and Wnt receptors FZD6 and LRP6 (By similarity). LMBR1L stabilizes the beta-catenin destruction complex that is required for regulating CTNNB1 levels (By similarity). Acts as a LCN1 receptor and can mediate its endocytosis (PubMed:11287427, PubMed:12591932, PubMed:23964685). {ECO:0000250|UniProtKB:Q9D1E5, ECO:0000269|PubMed:11287427, ECO:0000269|PubMed:12591932, ECO:0000269|PubMed:23964685}.

Information of the samples that have these potential fusion neoantigens of LMBR1L-KCNK6

check button These samples were reported as having these fusion breakpoints. For individual breakpoints, we checked the open reading frames considering multiple gene isoforms and chose the in-frame fusion genes only. Then, we made fusion protein sequences and predicted the fusion neoantigens. These fusion-positive samples may have these potential fusion neoantigens.
