Q7Z3U7

Main function of 5'-partner protein: FUNCTION: Plays a role in regulating membrane trafficking of cargo proteins. Together with ATP9A and DOP1B, regulates SNX3 retromer-mediated endosomal sorting of WLS away from lysosomal degradation. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:30213940}.

Q9NR09

Main function of 5'-partner protein: FUNCTION: Anti-apoptotic protein which can regulate cell death by controlling caspases and by acting as an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase. Has an unusual ubiquitin conjugation system in that it could combine in a single polypeptide, ubiquitin conjugating (E2) with ubiquitin ligase (E3) activity, forming a chimeric E2/E3 ubiquitin ligase. Its tragets include CASP9 and DIABLO/SMAC. Acts as an inhibitor of CASP3, CASP7 and CASP9. Important regulator for the final stages of cytokinesis. Crucial for normal vesicle targeting to the site of abscission, but also for the integrity of the midbody and the midbody ring, and its striking ubiquitin modification. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:14765125, ECO:0000269|PubMed:15200957, ECO:0000269|PubMed:18329369}.

Potential FusionNeoAntigen Information of MON2-BIRC6 in HLA II

check button Multiple sequence alignments of the potential FusionNeoAntigens per fusion breakpoints. If the MSA is empty, then it means that there were predicted fusion neoantigens in this fusion breakpoint, but those predicted fusion neoantigens were not across the breakpoint, which is not fusion-specific.

Information of the samples that have these potential fusion neoantigens of MON2-BIRC6

check button These samples were reported as having these fusion breakpoints. For individual breakpoints, we checked the open reading frames considering multiple gene isoforms and chose the in-frame fusion genes only. Then, we made fusion protein sequences and predicted the fusion neoantigens. These fusion-positive samples may have these potential fusion neoantigens.
