FUNCTION: May be involved in forming the receptor site for cardiac glycoside binding or may modulate the transport function of the sodium ATPase.FUNCTION: Might normally function as a transcriptional repressor. EWS-fusion-proteins (EFPS) may play a role in the tumorigenic process.
