Fusion Genomic Features for CKAP5-IQCJ-SCHIP1

check buttonFusionAI prediction of the potential fusion gene breakpoint based on the pre-mature RNA sequence context (+/- 5kb of individual partner genes, total 20kb length sequence). FusionAI is a fusion gene breakpoint classifier based on convolutional neural network by comparing the fusion positive and negative sequence context of ~ 20K fusion gene data. From here, we can have the relative potentency of the 20K genomic sequence how individual sequnce will be likely used as the gene fusion breakpoints.

IQCJ-SCHIP1

B3KU38

FUNCTION: Binds to the plus end of microtubules and regulates microtubule dynamics and microtubule organization. Acts as processive microtubule polymerase. Promotes cytoplasmic microtubule nucleation and elongation. Plays a major role in organizing spindle poles. In spindle formation protects kinetochore microtubules from depolymerization by KIF2C and has an essential role in centrosomal microtubule assembly independently of KIF2C activity. Contributes to centrosome integrity. Acts as component of the TACC3/ch-TOG/clathrin complex proposed to contribute to stabilization of kinetochore fibers of the mitotic spindle by acting as inter-microtubule bridge. The TACC3/ch-TOG/clathrin complex is required for the maintenance of kinetochore fiber tension (PubMed:23532825). Enhances the strength of NDC80 complex-mediated kinetochore-tip microtubule attachments (PubMed:27156448). {ECO:0000269|PubMed:12569123, ECO:0000269|PubMed:18809577, ECO:0000269|PubMed:21297582, ECO:0000269|PubMed:21646404, ECO:0000269|PubMed:23532825, ECO:0000269|PubMed:27156448, ECO:0000269|PubMed:9570755}.FUNCTION: May play a role in action potential conduction in myelinated cells through the organization of molecular complexes at nodes of Ranvier and axon initial segments (PubMed:25950943). May also play a role in axon outgrowth and guidance (By similarity). {ECO:0000250|UniProtKB:A0A088MLT8, ECO:0000269|PubMed:25950943}.
