check buttonDeepORF prediction of the coding potential based on the fusion transcript sequence of in-frame fusion genes. DeepORF is a coding potential classifier based on convolutional neural network by comparing the real Ribo-seq data. If the no-coding score < 0.5 and coding score > 0.5, then the in-frame fusion transcript is predicted as being likely translated.

Fusion Genomic Features for EXOC6-CEP350

check buttonFusionAI prediction of the potential fusion gene breakpoint based on the pre-mature RNA sequence context (+/- 5kb of individual partner genes, total 20kb length sequence). FusionAI is a fusion gene breakpoint classifier based on convolutional neural network by comparing the fusion positive and negative sequence context of ~ 20K fusion gene data. From here, we can have the relative potentency of the 20K genomic sequence how individual sequnce will be likely used as the gene fusion breakpoints.

FUNCTION: Component of the exocyst complex involved in the docking of exocytic vesicles with fusion sites on the plasma membrane. Together with RAB11A, RAB3IP, RAB8A, PARD3, PRKCI, ANXA2, CDC42 and DNMBP promotes transcytosis of PODXL to the apical membrane initiation sites (AMIS), apical surface formation and lumenogenesis (By similarity). {ECO:0000250}.FUNCTION: Plays an essential role in centriole growth by stabilizing a procentriolar seed composed of at least, SASS6 and CENPJ (PubMed:19052644). Required for anchoring microtubules to the centrosomes and for the integrity of the microtubule network (PubMed:16314388, PubMed:17878239, PubMed:28659385). Recruits PPARA to discrete subcellular compartments and thereby modulates PPARA activity (PubMed:15615782). Required for ciliation (PubMed:28659385). {ECO:0000269|PubMed:15615782, ECO:0000269|PubMed:16314388, ECO:0000269|PubMed:17878239, ECO:0000269|PubMed:19052644, ECO:0000269|PubMed:28659385}.
