FUNCTION: May play a role in estrogen-stimulated cell proliferation. Acts as a regulator of hormone-dependent cancer growth in breast and prostate cancers.FUNCTION: Bifunctional modulator of guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (G proteins) (PubMed:19211784, PubMed:27621449).
