FUNCTION: Receptor component of the CCM signaling pathway which is a crucial regulator of heart and vessel formation and integrity May act through the stabilization of endothelial cell junctions. {ECO:0000250}.FUNCTION: Could play a role in constitutive transport element (CTE)-mediated gene expression by association with DHX9. Increases CTE-dependent nuclear unspliced mRNA export (PubMed:10748171, PubMed:11402034).
