FUNCTION: Protein kinase that recognizes phosphorylation sites in which the surrounding peptides have an alpha-helical conformation (PubMed:10021370). Regulates cardiac development and cardiomyocyte differentiation by negatively regulating Wnt/beta-catenin signaling (PubMed:29888752). {ECO:0000269|PubMed:29888752, ECO:0000303|PubMed:10021370}.FUNCTION: Component of the class I major histocompatibility complex (MHC). Involved in the presentation of peptide antigens to the immune system.
