Fusion Genomic Features for LIMS1-CIAO1

check buttonFusionAI prediction of the potential fusion gene breakpoint based on the pre-mature RNA sequence context (+/- 5kb of individual partner genes, total 20kb length sequence). FusionAI is a fusion gene breakpoint classifier based on convolutional neural network by comparing the fusion positive and negative sequence context of ~ 20K fusion gene data. From here, we can have the relative potentency of the 20K genomic sequence how individual sequnce will be likely used as the gene fusion breakpoints.

CIAO1

FUNCTION: Adapter protein in a cytoplasmic complex linking beta-integrins to the actin cytoskeleton, bridges the complex to cell surface receptor tyrosine kinases and growth factor receptors. Involved in the regulation of cell survival, cell proliferation and cell differentiation.FUNCTION: Key component of the cytosolic iron-sulfur protein assembly (CIA) complex, a multiprotein complex that mediates the incorporation of iron-sulfur cluster into extramitochondrial Fe/S proteins (PubMed:17937914, PubMed:23891004). As a CIA complex component, interacts specifically with CIAO2A or CIAO2B and MMS19 to assist different branches of iron-sulfur protein assembly, depending of its interactors. The complex CIAO1:CIAO2B:MMS19 binds to and facilitates the assembly of most cytosolic-nuclear Fe/S proteins. CIAO1:CIAO2A specifically matures ACO1 and stabilizes IREB2 (PubMed:23891004). Seems to specifically modulate the transactivation activity of WT1 (PubMed:9556563). As part of the mitotic spindle-associated MMXD complex it may play a role in chromosome segregation (PubMed:20797633). {ECO:0000255|HAMAP-Rule:MF_03037, ECO:0000269|PubMed:17937914, ECO:0000269|PubMed:20797633, ECO:0000269|PubMed:23891004, ECO:0000269|PubMed:9556563}.
