Fusion Genomic Features for METTL15-NKIRAS1

check buttonFusionAI prediction of the potential fusion gene breakpoint based on the pre-mature RNA sequence context (+/- 5kb of individual partner genes, total 20kb length sequence). FusionAI is a fusion gene breakpoint classifier based on convolutional neural network by comparing the fusion positive and negative sequence context of ~ 20K fusion gene data. From here, we can have the relative potentency of the 20K genomic sequence how individual sequnce will be likely used as the gene fusion breakpoints.

Q9NYS0

FUNCTION: N4-methylcytidine (m4C) methyltransferase responsible for the methylation of position C839 in mitochondrial 12S rRNA (PubMed:31665743). Involved in the stabilization of 12S rRNA folding, therefore facilitating the assembly of the mitochondrial small ribosomal subunits (PubMed:31665743). {ECO:0000269|PubMed:31665743}.FUNCTION: Atypical Ras-like protein that acts as a potent regulator of NF-kappa-B activity by preventing the degradation of NF-kappa-B inhibitor beta (NFKBIB) by most signals, explaining why NFKBIB is more resistant to degradation. May act by blocking phosphorylation of NFKBIB and mediating cytoplasmic retention of p65/RELA NF-kappa-B subunit. It is unclear whether it acts as a GTPase. Both GTP- and GDP-bound forms block phosphorylation of NFKBIB. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:10657303, ECO:0000269|PubMed:12672800, ECO:0000269|PubMed:15024091}.
