Main function of 5'-partner protein: FUNCTION: Calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase that operates in the calcium-triggered CaMKK-CaMK1 signaling cascade and, upon calcium influx, activates CREB-dependent gene transcription, regulates calcium-mediated granulocyte function and respiratory burst and promotes basal dendritic growth of hippocampal neurons. In neutrophil cells, required for cytokine-induced proliferative responses and activation of the respiratory burst. Activates the transcription factor CREB1 in hippocampal neuron nuclei. May play a role in apoptosis of erythroleukemia cells. In vitro, phosphorylates transcription factor CREM isoform Beta. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:11050006, ECO:0000269|PubMed:15840691, ECO:0000269|PubMed:16324104, ECO:0000269|PubMed:17056143}.

P33992

Main function of 5'-partner protein: FUNCTION: Acts as component of the MCM2-7 complex (MCM complex) which is the putative replicative helicase essential for 'once per cell cycle' DNA replication initiation and elongation in eukaryotic cells. The active ATPase sites in the MCM2-7 ring are formed through the interaction surfaces of two neighboring subunits such that a critical structure of a conserved arginine finger motif is provided in trans relative to the ATP-binding site of the Walker A box of the adjacent subunit. The six ATPase active sites, however, are likely to contribute differentially to the complex helicase activity. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:16899510}.

Fusion breakpoint peptide structures of CAMK1D-MCM5

check button3D structures of the fusion breakpoint peptide of 14AA sequence that have potential fusion neoantigens
* The minimum length of the amino acid sequence in RoseTTAFold is 14AA. Here, we predicted the 14AA fusion protein breakpoint sequence not the fusion neoantigen peptide, which is shorter than 14 AA.

Information of the samples that have these potential fusion neoantigens of CAMK1D-MCM5

check button These samples were reported as having these fusion breakpoints. For individual breakpoints, we checked the open reading frames considering multiple gene isoforms and chose the in-frame fusion genes only. Then, we made fusion protein sequences and predicted the fusion neoantigens. These fusion-positive samples may have these potential fusion neoantigens.
