Go to FGviewer search page for the most frequent breakpoint (https://ccsmweb.uth.edu/FGviewer/:65306065/:65306063)
- FGviewer provides the online visualization of the retention search of the protein functional features across DNA, RNA, protein, and pathological levels.
- How to search
1. Put your fusion gene symbol.
2. Press the tab key until there will be shown the breakpoint information filled.
4. Go down and press 'Search' tab twice.
4. Go down to have the hyperlink of the search result.
5. Click the hyperlink.
6. See the FGviewer result for your fusion gene.

FUNCTION: Key regulator of transforming growth factor beta (TGFB1, TGFB2 and TGFB3) that controls TGF-beta activation by maintaining it in a latent state during storage in extracellular space. Associates specifically via disulfide bonds with the Latency-associated peptide (LAP), which is the regulatory chain of TGF-beta, and regulates integrin-dependent activation of TGF-beta. {ECO:0000303|PubMed:10743502, ECO:0000303|PubMed:11104663}.FUNCTION: Regulates COPI-mediated retrograde protein traffic at the interface between the Golgi apparatus and the endoplasmic reticulum (PubMed:18556652). Involved in the maintenance of the Golgi apparatus morphology (PubMed:26581903). Has no detectable kinase activity in vitro (PubMed:18556652). {ECO:0000269|PubMed:18556652, ECO:0000269|PubMed:26581903}.; FUNCTION: Isoform 6 acts as a transcriptional activator. It binds to three different types of GC-rich DNA binding sites (box-A, -B and -C) in the beta-polymerase promoter region. It also binds to the TERT promoter region. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:18556652}.

check buttonRetention analysis result of each fusion partner protein across 39 protein features of UniProt such as six molecule processing features, 13 region features, four site features, six amino acid modification features, two natural variation features, five experimental info features, and 3 secondary structure features. Here, because of limited space for viewing, we only show the protein feature retention information belong to the 13 regional features. All retention annotation result can be downloaded at
