About FusionGDB.

Comprehensive functional annotation of fusion genes with diverse computational approaches aids in understanding the pathogenic mechanisms, identifying therapeutic targets, and devleoping therapies. FusionGDB is a unique and representative functional annotation knowledgebase of human fusion genes. We introduce 3rd version of FusionGDB with study title of 'From Breakpoint Coordinates to Comprehensive Functional Annotation and Tumorigenic Scenario Inference of Human Fusion Genes.'
