About FusionGDB.

Comprehensive functional annotation of fusion genes with diverse computational approaches aids in understanding the pathogenic mechanisms, identifying therapeutic targets, and devleoping therapies. FusionGDB is a unique and representative functional annotation knowledgebase of human fusion genes. We introduce 3rd version of FusionGDB with study title of 'FusionGDB 3.0: Integrating Breakpoints, Generating Personalized Sequences, and Inferring Tumorigenic Scenarios for Human Fusion Genes.'
