FUNCTION: Acts as guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for RhoA GTPase. {ECO:0000250}.FUNCTION: Might normally function as a transcriptional repressor. EWS-fusion-proteins (EFPS) may play a role in the tumorigenic process.
