About FusionPub

Tumorigenic functions of fusion genes were targeted for cancer therapeutics. Kinase fusion genes were the most targeted fusion gene group among multiple major cellular gene groups in adult cancers. However, other group fusion genes do not yet have targeted therapy. For example, for most fusion proteins in pediatric cancers, there are no effective therapeutics targeting fusion proteins, which are the driving cause of the cancers. However, there were many trials to develop fusion protein-targeting therapeutics. To advance the development of fusion protein targeting therapeutics, we need to know how fusion oncoprotein patients are treated in the clinic and what small molecules or therapies have been investigated, which is critical for developing fusion protein targeting and personalized therapeutics. FusionPub provides the all previous studies on fusion genes and small molecules from the PubMed searching. Fusionscreen pipeline
